We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition. By placing an order with Painter Family Homestead, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Live Animal Shipments

• All live animal sales are final.

• We guarantee that all live animals are healthy and alive at the time they are delivered to the shipping carrier or picked up by the customer.

• Once animals are accepted by the carrier that you hire, ownership and responsibility transfer to the purchaser.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related delays, carrier errors, mishandling, injury, illness, stress, mortality, or any other circumstances beyond our control during transit.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive and properly care for animals upon arrival.

Hatching Eggs

• Fertility and hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including shipping conditions, incubation practices, equipment, handling, and environmental conditions.

• Eggs are carefully packaged; however, we are not responsible for cracked, damaged, delayed, lost, or mishandled shipments once they leave our farm.

• No refunds or replacements will be issued for hatch rate, fertility rate, or shipping-related damage.

DNA Testing Services

• DNA testing fees are non-refundable once samples have been submitted to the laboratory.

• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on laboratory processing schedules.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

• Painter Family Homestead is not liable for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, weather events, carrier service interruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Order Accuracy
 

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
   

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from Painter Family Homestead, the customer agrees that Painter Family Homestead’s liability shall be limited to the original purchase price paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall Painter Family Homestead be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, handling, or use of any product.acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the ownership, transportation, importation, and possession of animals, eggs, or agricultural products purchased from Painter Family Homestead.
