Welcome to Painter Family Homestead, a small family farm tucked away in the beautiful foothills of Appalachia in Ohio. We are passionate about raising quality livestock and producing wholesome food while preserving traditional farming practices.
Our farm specializes in Heritage Breed Turkeys and AKKPS Registered KuneKune Pigs. We proudly raise pasture-raised pork, chickens, eggs, turkeys, and lamb, giving our animals access to fresh pasture and a natural environment where they can thrive.
Beyond our livestock, our homestead features a growing orchard filled with a variety of fruit and nut trees that provide seasonal harvests throughout the year. In the fall, families can enjoy our small pumpkin patch, adding a touch of autumn tradition to our farm.

First Generation Family-Owned Business
It all started with our love for chickens, then one thing led to another, and we had an entire farm, equipped with an organically grown garden and a sour dough starter we've killed a million times. We've failed many times, killed our fair share of plants and have learned so much, along the way.
